GENESIS OF THE PROJECT

Jean-Claude Guerre, artistic director of the Festival En Grangeons la Musique, discovered the work of Fanny Vrinat (Cie Le Filament) in 2009 during a performance with soloists from the Orchestre National de Lyon.

He suggested that she creates a short form for piano and tightrope dancer. This was to be "Au Fil des Notes", performed as part of "Une journée au Château de Brégnier Cordon", in 2015. A performance more than a show.

A few performances in summer festivals and a few years later, the two artists felt the need to develop their collaboration, with a view to creating a fully-fledged show, designed for the theatre, but which could also be performed outdoors, for families and young audiences.

Thus was born "D'accord / Pas d'accord".
